Aquinas College Sports Centre Stockport Contractor: Eric Wright Construction Project Value: £1 million Completed: December 2000 Built to provide multi-purpose sports and examination facilities including changing areas and classrooms. Consideration was placed on access to all from the start of the project.

Perenna Court Deeside, Flintshire Contractor: Jimsul Project Value: £1.2 million Completed: December 2005 Exclusive and unique housing development in Connah's Quay, providing quality homes with a high specification.

Bickerton Cheshire Contractor: Holmarke Construction Ltd. Project Value: £500k Works Ongoing A luxury renovation & redevelopment of a series of farm buildings into exquisite properties. Much of this project was overseeing the valuation and specification of the works.

Private Extension Rhewl Mostyn, Flintshire Contractor: M & J Waring Construction Project Value: £45k Completed: February 2006 Extensive mixed level extension built off a private dwelling. The project provided a new en suite to the master bedroom, utility room, and dining area.

Talacre Community Centre Talacre, Flintshire Contractor: M. R. Garnett Construction Ltd. Project Value: £335k Completed: April 2006 Modern community centre that provides much needed facilities, meeting space, youth club to all in the area.

Holy Cross College Bury, Manchester Contractor: Eric Wright Construction Project Value: £1.3 million Completed: October 2001 An extension to a school in the north west of England to provide more classroom space, disabled access and student/staff facilities.

Flint Railway Station Flint, Flintshire Contractor: Galliford Try Ltd., MPH Construction Ltd. Project Value: £880k Completed: February 2007 A fantastic building lovingly restored by a team of passionate workers; a wonderful project that has already been nominated for at least one award since completion.

Talbot Court Holywell, Flintshire Contractor: Redtree Construction Ltd. Project Value: £484k Nearing Completion. Carefully restored and thoughtfully converted into twelve high specification private flats, Talbot Court is a jewel in the crown of Holywell's Conservation Area.

Private Extension Mold, Flintshire Contractor: T. G. Williams Project Value: £85k Nearing Completion. Modern extension to a 1940's dwelling in Mold. Part of a larger renovation scheme including external works.
